Facilities for the campsite

Servicebuilding

Right down to one of our 3 lakes is the campsite’s service building.

Here you will find a common area with 3 large bathrooms, a men’s section with 2 toilets and a disabled-friendly toilet and a ladies’ section, also with 2 toilets and a disabled-friendly toilet and changing table. It is also possible to wash your dishes at the servicebuilding. At the service building, there is also the possibility of emptying wastewater/grey water and chemical toilets as well as filling up water.

For the keen fishermen, there is also a cleaning room in the service building for cleaning fish and the possibility of freezing fish in the associated chest freezer. This is at your own risk.

Laundry

Due to renovations of the Søpavillon, it is not possible to use the laundry room from 18/11-23 to medio March 2024.

We also have a washing machine and tumble dryer that can be used by guests on the campsite as well as the guests in the holiday cottages and apartments. The laundry room is located in the building with Søpavilionen.

For bathrooms, laundry and filling up with water, a BEASkort can be purchased against a deposit of dkk 50,- + usage.

Tackleshop and Reception

Located in reception, we have a tackle shop with a large selection of fishing tackle. Here we also have a small selection in personal care and colonial, as well as it is possible to buy drinks and ice cream.

You should also contact the reception for pitch allocation, payment and purchase of a BEAS card. At the reception you will also find a selection of brochures etc. for the sights of Ribe and the surrounding area, as well as bicycle route maps and Benefit-for-You cards.

Playground

We have a large playground with a zip wire, swings, climbing frame etc. Here, children and childlike souls can spend many hours trying out the tools. The playground is located in a large green area, where a ball field with football goals and 2 pétanque courts have been laid out. The area is ideal for games and play, and there is the possibility of everything from football to both Spin ladder and Kubb. For a cash deposit of DKK 100/€10, you can borrow games and balls at reception. This can be done during reception opening hours. You are allowed to have your own games.

The playground is located near the children’s lake.
