Fishing lakes

At Storkesøen we can offer you a fantastic resort, where you can enjoy both relaxation and fishing. Located in an area of ​​10 hectares of beautiful nature and broken terrain, our lakes are a paradise for holiday guests and fishermen alike.

With a total of 42,000 m2 of lake area including three large fishing lakes and a children’s lake, there is plenty of space to explore and fish. We have made it easy for you with our two covered cleaning facilities, where you can clean your fisk to take home. If you have forgotten your own fishing rod, you can rent one in our tackle shop.

For your comfort, we have ensured that the entire area is disabled-friendly and of course also has toilets available. You are more than welcome to bring your dog if it is kept on a lead. Dog bags are available in several locations throughout the area for easy cleanup.

Our fishing lakes contains plenty of fish. In the large lakes you can catch rainbow trout, golden trout and brook and spring trout from 1 to 5 kg. The children’s lake offers portioned trout of between 400 and 900 grams. We provide daily supplement of fish during the season from mid-March to the end of November, except in July and August, when the water temperature is too high. During these months, the fish are released directly into the lakes as needed. In the period from December to mid-March, larger quantities of fish are released directly in the seas as needed. There is no catch limit in the large lakes except in the children’s lake. There special rules for the children’s lake.
